Refunds/Cancellations

Every order is made to order, please double check before purchasing as we do NOT issue exchanges, refunds and/or cancellations once your order is placed with us.

Returned packages

U.S orders: If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid address, you will have to pay a $7 re-shipment fee.

Exceptions

Any personalized/custom items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
